I bought this chair for my fiance for Christmas this past year. It is an amazing chair! It's huge so you can curl up . He is not one to keep on about a topic but he is always saying how much he loves his chair! He has to compete with our dog to see who gets it first!

I'd love to write a review of the actual chair, however, I never received it. We got a $300 lesser value chair! We tried to work out a deal to keep both the wrongly sent chair as well as the correct one (if they'd take off what they'd pay for shipping on it.) After 4 phone calls to customer service, and twice being told I'd be called back "ASAP" to work out arrangements, I told them I'd rather not spend a dime with Bass Pro Shops and they can keep both chairs. I'll not be wasting my time in the future with BPS. What a disappointing Christmas gift for my husband!

This was a Christmas present for my husband. He had been wanting one for several years. He was very surprised and has enjoyed it. If we could just keep our boys out of it! The shipment arrived on time. The chair has met all our expectations. In today's time, product and service usually leave a lot to be desired and you almost expect to be disappointed. This was a refreshing change and we are 100% satisfied. The quality if the chair and the comfort are second to none. We will be purchasing more in the future.
