ive done better with just a plain treble hook and some cloth for a dip worm the leader comes undone when u hook something more than 6 lbs and the hooks straighten out alot when fighting with a big one no matter what it is i think next time ill stick with eagle claw

I used to use chicken liver only but since I switched to charlies dip worms and sonnys stink bait I catch more fish.

I used these hooks with great results all last summer. The only problem I had was the line that came with the hooks. They would get tangled up all the time . My fix was to get rid of the line and install my own steel leaders. With the steel leaders they are also better to remove from the fish.

I bought these to go with the Catfish Charlie Dip Bait, and I'm not very happy. The leader is very thick, the tube tears easily, and i had one of the knots come untied while i was fighting a big cat. I'll buy the Bill Dance Dip Hooks next time.
