I purchased this knife about five or six years ago. My grandpa has had the same knife as long as I can remember and uses his for everything from gutting and skinning deer to stripping wire and cutting carpet. This is an all around good knife that is well made to withstand everything that I have found to use it for. There are prettier knives out there but if someone is looking for a rugged knife that stays sharp and gets the job done this is it. I have other knives that I have carried but this is my favorite. Case has yet to disappoint with their quality.
