I had the good fortune to hunt a large tract of land the last five days of 2006 Georgia Turkey season. The evening before I headed to BASS PRO Shop in Lawrenceville and picked up a Pretty Boy Decoy Set and I'm glad I did. I had a fan from previous season that I was in the process of mounting so I used it with this decoy instead. It looked incredible and needless to say I harvested two adult Gobblers in four days and they had no problem coming in to the decoy. I was not impressed with the Tail Feather that came with the decoy but when replaced with a real fan it is awesome! I can't say enough about this product. If anyone has hunted late season gobblers they know how tough it is to get a seasoned wise Gobbler to commit. There is no doubt that the Pretty Boy was the secret to my harvesting those two birds. This will certainly be in my setup again next year. I'm not blowing smoke. I'm an avid hunter and I'm telling you this is a great product!

This product is unbelievable. We hunted opening day and had Gobblers running to this decoy from 75 yrds out and took 3 turkeys on two different hunts. This product works and the turkeys cannot stand it they have to come see who has their hens pinned down. Great product buy two in case someone steals one of them from you.

The new decoy set from Carry-Lite is what what you need to give you the edge on that old smart tom. Its white head shows the other toms that it is aggresive and its taking their hen. Toms see that as an intruder in their area and see it as a challenge. It is most effective on big boss gobblers. I substitute the fan that it comes with for a real one. Make sure its a Toms fan because from experience, other fans do not have the same effect on the biggest toms on the area. It is a must have for an advanced turkey hunter.

it's not cardboard. It's a flimsy plastic with a photo of a real fan works well but I would get a real fan for it.A:Â

its a sheet. not cardboard, but kinda stiff slick paper. pretty durable, but not as good as a real fan. that is what i use.A:Â
ITS a photo Replica, Looks goog ,butt A real mfan is betterA:Â
I suggest that if possible, you take a jake and use the jake fan with the decoy going forward. Fold the beard back in half and tie it off with a rubberband in early season. In late season, use the full beard with eiither a full real fan or the provided "fake" fan.A:Â
Its actually a durable plasdtic material, but i put in a dried real fan from previous turkeys i killed. i like to use a real jake fan in early season and a full longbeard fan for late season.Answers

not really. the stakes are plastic which might cause some trouble in dry ground. definitely carry them in a bag though. safety and ease.A:Â
No just bulky, has a carry bag with nshoulder straps.A:Â
No they are easy to transport and move.A:Â
well the tom is not collapsable and is a little bulky but its not heavy so its not bad at all. and the hen can fold up and just throw in the back of your turkey vestA:Â
THEY JUST WEIGHT A FEW POUNDS, AND COME WITH A MESH BAG TO CARRY THEM IN. AND THEY ON TAKE ABOUT 1 MINUTE TO SETUP FOR THE HUNT...A:Â
We love the pretty boy decoy. It's very easy to carry because it has a mesh bag that you carry on your back. The bag is also big enough to carry other items along with the decoys as well. We've had great success with this decoy!1 of 1
