Carhartt Sandstone Traditional Arctic Quilt-Lined Jacket for Men
Mens sand stone traditional jacket
This is the warmest coat I have owned. I also bought the removable hood for it to. It has to big outside pocket and it has two big inside pockets. The sand stone eally gives it a nice look and feel. I have heard many people say it takes 2 years to break in a Carhartt, but not this one it is really comfortable strait from the store. It is made very very well. You can move very freely in this jacket. I have bought other brand work coats and they only last me half the winter and a Carhartt will last me 2 or more years. And the Carhartts are much warmer than other brand work coats. This is a great coat and the removable hood is great too.
Don't forget Carhartt Works Hard

Nothing but an excellent product. This is my second jacket of the same type and the only reason for replacement was theft. The jacket is great both in construction and in warmth. This is a great product for outdoor use in what ever mother nature throws at you. Zipper is great and seems to be indestcutible. The exterior of the coat is just the right firmness to protect from elements but good to the touch. The storm flap is great for windy days. This list could go on forever but Carhartt is a great company with products no one would be unhappy with.

Nip Cold in the Bud
I decided to take my motorcycle down to St Louis from Chicago and hit a cold summer night that was around 40-degrees. My windbreaker was doing nothing. I stopped at a town and this was one of the few jackets I could find at the local retailer. It worked great. The wind was no longer a problem. The fabric weight was heavy enough that the wind wasn't buffetting every which way. It turned out to be a really comfortable, quality jacket that was welcomed for my journey. Highly recommended for outdoor activities.

I've had this jacket now for a couple of years, and it really has stood up to the test of time. During the winter I have a snow plow business I run on the side and I'm always in and out, under, around, working on the trucks. It's strength comes with a weakness however. The range of motion is rather restricted at times. Because of the extremely durable outside it takes a while for the jacket to "soften" up and become more natural moving with your body. My only other complaint in that area is that I had to go up a size to get my chest to fit, but then I found the shoulders to be a bit too loose. The only time this is annoying is when I lift my hands above my head, but again, goes to the fabric I suppose.
If you're looking for an incredibly warm jacket that will last forever, this is the one for you.
