Living in Ohio the weather changes from day to day. It'll be 10 one day 40 the next with plenty of wind during the winter season. This coat exceeds all my expectations. I don't like bulky heavy coats and for it's weight it'll keep you warm in the cold and breaths nicely for the warmer days when a lighter coat could be used. With the sherpa lining wind is no match for this coat. I'm 6' / 185lbs so got the large tall. Fits perfect with plenty of room to move. Construction of the coat is bar none. It's a Carhartt and lives up to it's reputation. I've searched all over and tired many different brands of coats for the perfect coat to wear from cool fall days to cold winter days, my search is over! Thank you Carhartt.

I like the heavy duty fabric and the soft lining. It's not overly warm and isn't bulky making it a great coat I'll wear year round. The only thing I don't really like about the appearance is the shoulders are kind of pointy kind of like a shoulder pad cut.
