I have been looking for a basic strap leather belt for a few years with a solid buckle, not some buckle with a roller on it ,and no stitching please, just strap leather.
My last belt like that I bought ,believe it or not, when I was 20, I am now 51 and still have and use that old belt, it's streched over the years and fairly
well used, but still the best type of work belt there is.
These type of belts are extremely hard to find, and of very high quality.
This Carhart belt is not what I would consider to be perfect, because I prefer just oiled strap leather like my old one, this one has one brown colored side, but is nice soft leather strap material1/8" thick that won't crack.
I don't hold the color against it, the stain or color is light and actually looks real good and will age well with time.
