I got this in December of 2011 as a gift for myself. It was fairly easy to assemble and comes with everything you need minus a target. for the money I would say it is decent buy. the scope must be moved to the forward most position on the rail to get proper eye relief, the trigger is a little stiff, and it is a little on the noisy side when fired, a little too noisy in my opinion. On the plus side it is easy to maneuver and cock. I've sighted mine in up to 25 yds (not enough yard to go to 30 yds) and is dead on up to 20, about 2" high at 25. Not a bad crossbow for $400 but if I knew how loud it was I would have got something different, maybe string stops might help??

Easy to shoot. Qualified for a parkland control hunt (3 arrows in 8" circle at 20 yards) right out or the box. When I assembled it, I broke a small section of the quiver off by forcing it on. I called the company and explained the problem. They sent a whole new quiver assembly, no questions asked, no warranty card was sent in yet either. I also like the compact size and look forward to my kids using it in the future.

I purchased an X-Force 400 and a hard plano case that was advertised as being capable of handling any size large crossbow. I guess they forgot about smaller crossbows, because the X-Force 400 does not fit in the case with the scope mounted. Can anyone suggest a case that fits this bow with the scope mounted?Answers
