this crossbow is very light and compact packed. its great for up in a tree, it feels comfortable to me and im almost 6 foot. the thing i didnt like about it is the fact that you have to move your scope up as far as you can and put your head at the end of the stock. but the scope is great and almost dead acurate right out of the box at 20 yrds bout a 1/4 of a inch off 30 and 40 yrds is abut 1/2 a inch off, its a great crossbow and would recomend it to a up and coming hunter as well as a avid hunter.

I bought this crossbow then it got messed up but carbon express took it back and sent me another. Other than that it has been great.

Went prepared to spend 700 on big name crossbow for my 12 year old son and he like the feel better on this one. He shot it a few times and sighted it in. Got a buck on first hunt. No problems. Great value.

Great buy,this crossbow is small and compact,exactly the way I like it and I am 6'4.Very confortable to shoot and very easy to adjust a dream come true for any hunter....I had few crossbows before X-force 500,Parker to mention few,but didn't like them because of weight,they do get heavy.....not a problem with X-force 400,very light and very easy to transport and cary....I am a bow hunter at first but after geting this crossbow now I carey both:)

I purchased an X-Force 400 and a hard plano case that was advertised as being capable of handling any size large crossbow. I guess they forgot about smaller crossbows, because the X-Force 400 does not fit in the case with the scope mounted. Can anyone suggest a case that fits this bow with the scope mounted?Answers

There is a rope cocking device in the kit which works great. There is a special hole molded into the stock for the accessory mechanical crank.
