Friction design works in any arrow with 0.244 inside diameter. When the arrow is shot, the nock is compressed and turns the light on. The Lazereye is only 18 grains, 25% lighter than other lighted nocks.
Rated 3.4 out of 5 by 26 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Laser eye So far so good been good on target keep lit and help you to follow arrow to target. Can't wait to hunt with them and follow arrow to the big buck . Instillation was simple good product. October 15, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good and Bad!! Good all around but, they do not fit in a whitetail 30/50 shaft. but will work in beeman/ 30/50. September 26, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent product Lighted nocks are the way to go and this product meets all my needs. If you have trouble seeing your arrow flight on darker days, these will cure the problem. Also easier to find your arrow on a full pass through. September 21, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Product! Just picked these up on sale (Package of 3) during the Fall Hunting Classic at BPS, and they are GREAT! Work every time without a hitch...I don't know if other people just got a bad batch or what, but the little red clips that keep them from coming on in the package should prevent premature illumination. I got one in red, green, and orange. Using the orange right now on a practice arrow and it's awesome to get to SEE the hit on the target! Haven't used them in the field yet, but I have no reason to believe they won't perform great. August 5, 2012

Yes, I have them in my Carbon Fury arrows. You have to be careful to push them in straight or you could crack the rear shaft of the arrow though.

Carbon Fury arrows have an inside diameter of .246". The Lazereye Lighted Arrow Nocks will fit inside diameter of .244. Therefore, they will not work.

A:
90 hours or until you turn them off. They have a switch to turn them off so you can reuse them over and over.

Pull them straight out with a slight twist and they come out of my Carbon Fury arrows with no problem. As for the malfunction of your nocks, either the battery was bad, burnt out, or you didn't have the nocks properly inserted and positioned prior to your shot. I have had no issues with mine and they perform great every time.

A:
Yes you are right, they don't always stay on. I think what happens is that they hit something solid after being shot and it shuts itself off, maybe due to the battery end sliding forward inside of the arrow at impact.
Be very careful pulling straight out of the arrow because the wire inside will break easily.

The nocks will average a couple of gains more that your nock now . Check on your arrows gains per inch . The average is around 8+.These nocks will come in about 11.5 or so.They should work well for you.Try one at a time and use the red one. If you like them then you can buy more.
