Fits my cannon downrigger perfectly. Took all of 5 minutes to bolt the downrigger to this gimbal mount. It fits perfectly into the rod holder.
This gimbal mount appears to be very well made. The finish quality is good and I expect to get many years of service from it.

I am going to be installing rod holders as well. I have Atwood 15 degree stainless flush mount rear facing. what is the angle of the plate? should be the same degree as the rod holder to make it level with transom rails right?Answers
A:Â
The angle of this gimbal mount matched the angle of my rod holders perfectly. I didn't even think about it, but I guess there is a fairly standard angle across rod holders.1 of 1
