The launcher works like a charm but the ball that came with it didn't last 12 throws before it was ragged and in 2 pieces. The heavy duty balls that I ordered with it are holding up fine but the original was very poor quality.

This has come to be a very useful tool that I always take wherever I take my dog. I have a German Shorthair Pointer who is almost six now, but still acts like a puppy, and, not to mention, has the energy of a puppy. She loves to play ball, and could do it all day, but now I don't have to mess with the slobbery ball every time, and you can throw it much further with the Chuck-It than you can by hand.

This thing is great! You can spend endless hours throwing the ball really far without throwing your arm out. Its pretty cool. My dog is a high energy dog so it works out perfect to calm her down a bit.
