I purchased this last year after Thanksgiving to deep fry my turkey this year (tomorrow). I specifically bought it because of the 90k BTU rating and the fact that it does not have a timer like most turkey fryers.
Since then, I have cooked several shrimp boils, chicken wings, fries, onion rings, etc. I have made meals for just myself and for 40 people using this stove.
Last weekend while camping, I used my 30qt. pot to cook back-to-back shrimp boils on one burner while I used my 20qt. pot to cook 20 lbs. of chicken wings on the other burner to feed 30+ people (and to deep fry a hot dog for one extremely lucky dog). When I woke up, I fired up the stove and used my reversible cast iron griddle to easily cooked a pack of bacon, 1 1/2 dozen eggs, and some onions with left over sausage/potatoes from the shrimp boil. The stove had no problems handling the volume of food and everything came out tasting great. Needless to say, it was a huge hit and everyone raved about the food.
I highly recommend getting a 10, 20, and 30 qt. pot with a 30qt. basket as well as the Camp Chef reversible griddle (# 400695) which fits perfectly.

My friends and I were very impressed by the heavy duty construction and overall quality of this stove.
I bought this stove as a replacement for my table-top 2-burner cook stove and my fish cooker/turkey fryer. I first used the 60,000 btu burner to cook a crab/shrimp boil. It boiled the water very fast and didn't lose temperature when I was adding frozen ingredients.
When I took the stove to deer camp I found out quickly that it's finicky when hooked up to a distribution tree. It seems that it likes to draw a lot of propane under certain conditions so it turned out to work best with a stand-alone tank of its own.
We cooked everything from breakfast to fish fries and it worked just great.

Been hunting elk 20+ years and have camped in everything and everywhere. If you have a base camp, then this is the stove to get. Easy to set up, cooks fast, and not too much effort to clean up.

The stove was very easy to set up and use. The material and powder coating are of good quality. We cook on it often to save heating and smelling up the house. The wife uses it for canning and has plenty of room for her large canning pots.

The stove has a 32 x 14" footprint. Without the legs, it stands about 12" high to the top of the windscreen. With the legs its about 29" ot the top of the stove, not the top of the windscreen.1 of 1
