This grill system covers one burner on the Camp Chef Outdoorsman, Yukon, and Tahoe grills for great grilled flavor from your camp stove. Interior diffuser plate spreads heat to eliminate worries about hot spots, as well as capturing and vaporizing grease for a rich BBQ flavor. The cast iron cooking surface holds heat to sear meat, sealing in that delicious grilled flavor. We cooked four burgers and four dogs at once, or two nice sized steaks and were very pleased with the results. No difference from a gas grill, and in fact. eliminates the need for one at the camp site April 5, 2010
