Easy to install. Not as easy to use as a Harris. The indents on the legs limit the placement of the legs, as the stops will only "set" in the indents.
The indents also make the diameter of the legs smaller & I suppose subject to breakage. Only time will tell.
Legs do not spring back to original location like Harris legs either.
Overall a good value, sturdy & stable. Next time I'll though I'll spend twice as much and buy a Harris. I don't want to risk that shot of a lifetime, even if this will work fine.

The Bipod fit very well to my Remington Model 700 300. Magnum. Very tight up against the stock of the gun and works very well. Have used during target practice but not during a hunting situation yet. Look forward to using it in the morning. Definately look into getting this Bipod for your gun, for the money it can not be beat.

Good buy for the money. I should have gotten the next size up, but oh well. My only complaint is that when folding/unfolding the legs, its hard not to hit the release button so the legs often extend on accident.

Yes. I'm currently using this bipod on a Savage 93r TR. There is a slight gap along the center, but still plenty of contact along the outer edges.Answers

Probably not. The forestock does not appear long enough.Though, if you have a sling swivel already installed, it will mount to that.
