Very Nice I own a couple of harris bipods and this one actually surprised me with its ruggedness and its stability. Very nice bipod for the money. Does not rattle around at all. Like it better then my harris's. January 16, 2013
Excellent buy. I installed the Caldwell 9-13" bipod on my Marlin 925R used for target shooting & varmint control. I like how I have the option to extend the legs if needed & fits any rifle with sling swivel studs. Been using bipod for a couple years and its been holding up well. I would recommend it if your in the market for one. December 26, 2012
excellent product I am very happy with this bipod. It is very sturdy and has very little "wobble" to the construction. The legs easily adjust for various shooting heights. I prefer to shoot off a bipod for target shooting and I add a cushion to the buttstock of the gun. With this bipod you will be rock steady! December 6, 2012
GOOD RELIABLE PURCHASE USED THIS PRDUCT ON TWO DIFFERENT RIFLES SO FAR AND WORKS GREAT. ADDED A PIECE OF STYROFOAM ART BOARD UNDER THE BED ATTACHMENT TO TAKE UP SOME OF THE SPACE BETWEEN THE BASE AND THE RIFLE BARREL ON MY REMINGTON PUMP WORKS GOOD AS A PROTECTOR ON THE FORE STOCK AS AN ANTI-MAR AS WELL. ONLY DEFECT I HAVE FOUND SO FAR. April 3, 2012

A:
Yes. I'm currently using this bipod on a Savage 93r TR. There is a slight gap along the center, but still plenty of contact along the outer edges.

No I do not think it would because of the action/cycle of the rifle. This does not mean that there is possibly a system on the market that WILL work. I just don't feel this would be a good choice for a pump action rifle

This should fit with great ease to your Savage. Depending on how high you want the rifle the Caldwell XLA Model Bipods should do a very nice job. I have mine set between 6-9", and I am very pleased with its perfomance.

A:
Probably not. The forestock does not appear long enough.

Though, if you have a sling swivel already installed, it will mount to that.
