Caldwell E-MAX Low Profile Hearing Protection Muffs
I bought the headphones about 2 weeks ago and i have to say they are pretty good. The only set back is the fact that i cant wear a hat while using these, The muffs dont seal well around the had so sound "leaks" through. All in all pretty good muffs!

worth every penny
I have only used them a little so far at the public trap range, but I really like them. I found them very comfortable. they worked beyond my expectations. I am glad I bought them.

I had gone shooting with a friend who had some electronic muffs and they were great. I am wishing I knew what they were as low level was enhanced and shooting was muffed.
I bought these thinking they had to be like them as he said he didnt pay much for the pair he had. While shooting at an indoor range, lots of background static unlike a pair I used outside and shots fired by others nearby made me pull out the plugs and put them in my ear. These are not 5 or above average hearing protection I gave them a 3 better than foam plugs but not what they could be.

I liked actually hearing the gong of the long-range targets at our local range! With normal ear protection, you can't hear them at all. On predator hunts, it's nice to be able to hear your partner whisper a few yards away as well as to hear your surroundings. The low profile is great too. No problem with them banging on your gunstock. Oh, did I mention that the noise reduction is fine too? More money might buy something even better, but considering the very low cost, these are a really great value and do the job I want them to do.
