Great for marinating bone in chicken thighs for smoking. I'm sure you could use it for chicken breast's too. I marinate for 24 hours prior to putting on smoker. Keep's the meat moist while smoking or grilling as most chicken dries out too quickly. I also use Plowboy's Yardbird rub for surface flavoring. I usually smoke the thighs for 1.5 to 2 hours at 210 or until the internal temp get's to 165. Hope this recipe works for you like it has done for our BBQ team.

My absolute favorite along with garlic and herb and creole garlic. Great in a smoker or beer can cooker in the oven but best on beer can cooler on the BBQ. Chicken, turkey or pork.

I use this product every year on my Thanksgiving turkey, I brine the turkey and then inject with the marinade right before baking. I have been told over and over again that I have the best turkey that people have ever eaten! A catererer gave me that compliment too. I highly reccommend it.
