I use this to deep fry my wild turkey, inject pork tenderloin and chicken. It has the perfect tang that doesn't overpower the tast of the meat. I usually buy this marinade in bulk because it is easy to run through. All the Cajun Injector marinades are good but I use this one the most.

This was the first fried turkey on my own. This marinade made it simple and easy. I looked at the reviews and decided to give this a try. It was well worth it.

Great in a beer can chicken. I have a double stainless and I inject both birds in the briast legs, thighs and everywhere. Put it on the BBQ and let'er drip. The tenderest and best chicken ever! Also goes good in a pork loin on the smoker
