This unit is fabulous! The fish comes out perfect every time and because of the way its constructed the oil will last a long time and the coating does not accumulate in the basket area. A must for serious fishermen!

I took order of this cart the other day and fryer is on back order, but put cart together and have it ready to go. The cart came fast but box was tore up a bit, I noticed that the cart has scratch marks all over it and will have to be repainted or will rust. Not happy about that but it is what is is. I guess I can say I will have a car paint finish on it and will stand out from the rest. Cant wait for fryer vat to cook up some fish ect.

Caddy is great, but should have come with the fryer, as the photos suggest. I had no idea it was a separate purchase.
