This all-in-one 8.5 gallon Cajun Fryer by R & V Works® features a diamond-plate side table and three nickel-plated, large-capacity baskets with plastic cool touch handles. The versatile, high performance, low maintenance propane fryer's burner design positions the fryer's heat source 6'' above the bottom of the oil reservoir at a 45 degree angle. This design allows food and batter to fall to the bottom of the reservoir and not collect on the burner. The oil at the bottom of the reservoir never gets hot enough to burn or scorch the batter, keeping it clean to reduce oil usage by up to 70% over comparable fryers. Constructed of durable carbon steel with a high temp charcoal finish. 8.5-Gallon Fryer holds three 13-1/4" x 5-5/8" x 5-5/8" baskets. Made in USA.

Cajun Fryer by R & V Works 8.5 Gallon Propane Cooker Deep Fryer
Being one to entertain frequently, one of the most demanded items I serve is chicken wings. We usually serve 5 to 6 flavors, so quantity is the factor. This unit allows me to fry 20+ lbs. at a time. Great for anything you could imagine frying, chicken, turkey, seafood, etc. Everyone that has seen this fryer in use is dying to find out where I found it. You will not be disappointed, worth every cent paid!!!

Purchased this fryer for both business and personal use. 8.5 gallons/32 litres and 3 high quality baskets.
Excellent construction and if you're thinking that it's flimsy thin steel it's far from it. First off this beast weights in well over 100 lbs and very thick steel plates used.
Had a party for 20 people and food of choice were chicken wings. Cooked up 8 pounds of wings at a time and took 10 minutes to get them nice and tender crisp. I had 2 larger fry baskets and used them instead. Turned the gas up high and only lost 25 degrees in temp when put the chicken down.
I was able to go through 40 pounds of wings in less than 20 minutes with the gas between med-high and high. Does sound like a jet engine when full bore.
The only thing that I added was a 90 degree pipe to assist with oil drainage. Clean up is a breeze when using a pressure washer. Doing it by hand and it's a pain in the butt. Put a thin coat of Pam on the inside once dry to prevent rust. Also put a coat of oil on the outside as well.
Cover not available in Canada so having local upholstery shop make one up for me.

Best Fryer Ever
I've been frying turkeys, fish, chicken, and other foods outside for years. Besides the safety hazard of the conventional turkey pot fryers and the burning of the breading at the bottom of the pot. No matter what temp is was a headache. Then came the Cajun Fryer to the rescue. None of the above problems happen with this fryer. The 81/2 gallon fryer even fries two turkeys at the same time. It holds temp. good. My turkey pots are at the scrapt yard and the burners are at the dump. Also only the Cajun Fryer brand fryers are made in the USA. The others are made in china. The customer service is great. You actually talk to a live person every time and they are very helpfull. If only the service at Bass Pro was this good they would be as hot as this fryer.
