Hi, The material is Lexan Polycarbonate. The diameter is smaller than a .45 caliber bore. The exact diameter is .385”. One end is set up to accept .45 or .50 caliber jags. The other end can be cut to make the ramrod any length necessary. Thank you for your inquiry.
