CVA® ACCURA® V2 .50 Caliber Break-Action Muzzleloader is the improved version of CVA’s popular ACCURA model. Like its predecessor, the ACCURA V2 features a premium, custom-quality Bergara Barrel to ensure a level of accuracy unequaled by any other break-action muzzleloader on the market today.

The Bergara Barrel, fully crafted of the highest-quality 416 grade stainless steel, has quickly become recognized as the most accurate production muzzleloader barrel design in the world. At an optimal 27" in length, it provides just the right combination of balance, maneuverability, and efficient powder-burning capability. And the V2 has even more features to help you enjoy your hunt. It includes CVA’s patent-pending QRBP (Quick-Release Breech Plug), the only breech plug on the market that is easily finger-removable, without tools, even after the gun has been fired numerous times. In addition, the stock and forestock have been upgraded with a Soft Touch coating and rubber grip panels, for superb comfort even in the foulest weather.

The ACCURA V2 is very simple to operate because the breeching lever is built right into the trigger guard, making it one of the easiest-opening break-actions available. And the entire gun can be disassembled for cleaning by removing just 1 screw. The ergonomically designed stock is fully ambidextrous and available in both standard and thumbhole designs, and is backed by a CrushZone® recoil pad. Includes DuraSight® Dead-On™ 1-piece scope mount and a Quake CLAW® Contour Sling. Twist: 1 in 28''. Barrel length: 27''. Overall length: 42''. Weight: 7.3 lbs.

CVA Accura V2 My new favorate gun I purchased the CVA Accura V2 right after muzzleloader season last year. 2013/2014 hunting season. Yesterday 12/14/2014 I pulled it out of the closet to sight it in. After Seven shots with a 250 grain polymer tip .50 cal bullet with 150 grain charge (white Hots) and it was putting two to three bullets though the same hole at 100 yards. Shoots 1'' groups easliy and I'm by no means a great shot. This gun is amazingly accurate. December 15, 2014
Great gun! This is the second muzzleloader I've owned and I gotta tell you, it's a nice piece! I have the camo version with the thumbhole stock and stainless barrel. There are a lot of things I really like about this gun. First, I love the feel of the rubberized stock and when it rains - no biggie - still plenty of grip. Second, it cleans up easily. After each shot I use a BoreSnake (which I highly recommend) to clean the barrel and each shot is deadly accurate within fractions of an inch when I sight in at 100 yards. Third, It's easy to breakdown for a thorough cleaning. Fourth, the scope mount that came with it is one-piece and is rock solid. Fifth, it has a Bergarra barrel! Man, it's spot on! Very consistent and when I pull the trigger, it's all confidence - no doubt the bullet will hit where the crosshair lies. Here's what I shoot in my V2: Winchester 209 primers, two White Hots pellets and a 300-grain Hornady SST. I shot 250-grain Thompson Center Shockwaves with the same accuracy success but I like the heavier bullet since I rarely have to shoot more than 100 yards. I'm using a 3-9x40 Nikon Muzzleloader scope also in camo. The only thing I changed about my gun was the stainless barrel appearance - I put camo tape over the barrel to kill some of the shine. It's a fun gun to shoot and it's got some kick - about that of a 20-gauge shotgun with a slug. Recommend it? You bet! It's an awesome gun! July 10, 2014
Outstanding Muzzle Loader This is my 4th CVA muzzle loaders and this one got it going on. Right out of the box at a 100 yards dead nuts. Haven't hunted with it yet got it in February but can't wait. April 6, 2014
cva accura v2 .50 cal. i bought this gun because of the bergara barrel and so far i am not at all impressed. i have been shooting a 245 grain powerbelt bullet with 100 gr. of white hot pellets and cannot keep a consistent pattern. every shot shoots different and by three to six inches. at first i thought it might be my scope, but after three different scopes i still get the same results. i have shot over one hundred dollars of ammunition so far with different types of bullets and have not been able to get any satisfaction in fact i dont even trust this gun to go hunting with and have wasted a lot of money on a gun that i cant use. unsatisfied tecumseh ok. From my research most black powder rifles have different reactions to sabot (type and weight) and powder (brand & grains). Does the manufacturer have any published research on what there experiences have been?
