Rated 4 out of 5 by Great but need a loader. You can hand load 12-15 then it's really hard to push in more without a loader to help. It's worth the effort to be able to shoot .22LR instead of .223. The entire conversion kit pays for itself on your first trip to the range. April 24, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by 22adatter I bought my ar15bushmaster and thought 22s would b a lot cheaper to kill pepsi cans so I bought my 22 adapter an it works like the 223 .it is as a accurate as the223 I love can't believe how good it works now I'm waiting on something that will make loading the magizines easy. I'm about ready to start on 2 liters Pepsi cans have got to easy Lol have fun get u one April 22, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by They work awesome! I have used many different types of ammo in these magazines with no problem what-so-ever! They are well made, always feed well, regardless of the ammo and are reliable as can be! If I had to nit-pick, it would be loading them, its just kind of annoying holding onto the large mag loading small cartridges. These used to make shooting the Ar's inexpensive, but thanks to a bunch of idiot politicians and intense hoarders ammo is scarce... Overall A++++ March 22, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by CMMG 22 AR Rifle Magazine My friends recommend using 35-40 grain 22 cal ammunition. Looks great and functions as expected. I can't wait to try it. March 2, 2013

A:
I am sorry but the manufacturer has never tested it so they would not be able to say a definite yes. Your conversion kit is quite a bit different from theirs so they would be concerned that it would not work but again we cannot say for sure. Thanks

A:
Follower holds bolt open on last round, but bolt will close when you remove the mag.

If you're using the additional CMMG Bolt Hold Open Adapter, these will not trigger that, have to use the CMMG Evolution mag or older CMMG standard mag that look like these but have a different follower.

A:
Short answer - Yes.

Long answer - The follower for these mags are extra long and will hold the bolt back after the last round. However unless you have the bold hold adapter for conversion kit, when you drop the empty mag the bolt closes and once a new mag is inserted you will have to use the charge handle to chamber the first round from the new mag.
