I bought a new Savage 93FV (.22 WMR.) and have a NIkon PROSTAFF 4-12x40 scope & bipod mounted on it for varmint control. I bought a few boxes of CCI Maxi-Mag hallow points to try in my rifle, and was very impressed when I sighted it in today at 80 yards. At 80 yards shooting off a rifle rest I was getting one ragged hole groups, it feeds & cycles really good through my rifle, and the ammo is very accurate and consistent which is what I look for when it comes to ammo. I spent 2 hours at the range today and had no failures to fire (misfires) like I have experienced with other ammo brands. Thank you Bass Pro Shop's for carrying CCI Maxi-Mag's, I will continue to buy them in the future.

Great experience, only bad thing is the supply and demand of ammo right now is a little crazy. Wish you could buy it online again with out having to go wait for the delivery truck @ the store.

22mag HP ammo is explosive. Drinking bottles full of water disintergrate as though a M-80 was ininside. Flesh is 90%~ water, expect results.
Full expansion occurs within about one inch.
As a farmer I must dispach wounded/aggressive dogs.
1 rd to the heart lung area yields no crying, just an instant drop.
22-LR ammo to the head lets the animal cry for 2-5min upsetting kids & the wife. This is how the avg Joe does it, horrific.
A 22mag HP in my Marlin is deadly at a minimum of 125yds.
Humane and quick.
My fav cat got feline aids. Could not catch her, unable to eat she was starving.
1 round from the 2nd story window emptied the cranium and did Not Exit through to the concrete sidewalk.
Thats explosive.
For animals less than 200#, at close range(50yd) this stuff is awesome.
Not leagal for some hunting, but fully capable IMHO.
