Trout, redfish, snook and more…they’ve never seen an Alien Jig before, but they know what to do with it. Fish it plain, or sweeten the offering with a shrimp, cut bait, or soft plastic trailer.
Rated 4.7 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by aliens Like the jigs. Did well with them in the Great South Bay long Island. Wished you carried big sizes. May 21, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Flattie Killer If the flounder didn't like these so much I would complain about the skirts not being durable. By days end they are pretty much destroyed but I just replace them with BP spinnerbait skirts. These are deadly when tipped with Gulp! July 17, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by C&H lures Alein jig Fished with a 4" Berkley Gulp Alive swimming mullet this combo is the best fluke (flounder) jig I have ever used. The only problem is that the flukes teeth destroy the silicone skirts. In a state (NY) where the size limit is 21" I have had 21 keepers by mid July. Fantastic jig! July 22, 2010

A:
For fluke (flounder) use a 7' medium light rod 3000 size reel filled with 10lb braid. Tie on 2 ' of 15# florocarbon leader and attach the Alein jig to the leader with a loop knot. Use an 4' Berkley Gulp Alive Swimming Mullet as bait and bounce the jig 2 or 3 inches of the bottom while the boat is drifting. Hold onto your rod tightly because this combo is deadly.
