Great right out of the box !! Eye pieces work great, take the time to read the manual and set up proppery, and never have to change again, it locks in place. It says HD and it is, clear out to the outer most of the lens. Crystal clear view !! Very happy, Ive spent more for ALOT less !!

This is the second set of binos (Legend), the other was a 10x50 that I used on the Prairies when I lived in Sask. for glassing for deer.now live on the East coast and required less power.Only used them a couple of times when coming on dark and am quite happy with them. The big thing with these is the Rain Guard system, love it. I also own a few rifle scopes(Bushnell 4200's) because of this system. The only down side was,one of the lense covers(front)would not stay attached, kept falling away. Called Bushnell/Canada and they are sending 2 new covers,so problem solved...For anyone who lives anywhere that the weather gets COLD and you breath on the lense, you will quickly understand why I love this Rainguard coating.

I love the size and weight of the binoculars and there as clear as any I have used. The only thing Iam a little disapointed in is the low light vision. They are not very clear when it gets late and thats when i need them the most. But over all there a good product.

I personally have had both and YES it definately is worth the difference. You get an extra 10-15 mins, and even if you don't get a shot on the deer you see just before nightfall you still can see him, and thats what makes you come back, so if you sit til dark you may as well glass til dark!!A:Â
Yes, good optics make for a more enjoyable hunt, always get the best you can affordA:Â
There is a difference the larger the second number the more light will be allowed in over a further distance. Since they are both ten power the biggest difference will bill the further away you are trying to see. If you are using them for closer distances you could probably get by with the 10X36 if you are going to go out further to 100 to 200 yards and beyond i would consider splurging and getting the 10x42 your field of view will increase quite a bit as well.1 of 1
