Excellent scope for the money
Last muzzle loading season I shot two bucks with this scope that is mounted on a Savage ML2. One at 30 yards and one at 150 yards. The optics are great and in both instances the sight picture was clear and easy to obtain. I can highly recommend this scope. It holds zero even after a lot of target shooting and back and forth transportation to my hunting camp.

My personal opinion is that Banners are excellent scopes for the money. As far as I'm concerned, Banners are truly rugged, reliable scopes that offer outstanding image quality. Since mounting the 1.5-4 X 32 model on my Remington 870 Super Magnum slug gun over three years ago, I have not experienced one problem-zero. I have shot quite a few 2 3/4 and 3 inch slugs from my shotgun and the scope has never failed me. In addition to the recoil bashing it takes, it has never lost zero-- even after several accidental drops or fall-overs while hunting hogs and deer. I've disassembled and reassembled my shotgun quite a few times for cleaning and maintenance. Afterwards, I simply re-zero and the scope just keeps on doing its job, over and over again. Should I ever have a problem with the scope I currently have, I will immediately replace it with another Banner. Any one can pay hundreds of dollars more for a shotgun/blackpowder scope, but why? I'll just stand by my experience and opinion that no other shotgun/blackpower scope will outperform a Banner--none. Great product, great price!!

I have purchased six of these over the past three years. Big fan of the circle X reticle. The light gathering is good for the money. They do hold up well to the recoil of shotguns/muzzleloaders. I will verify what others have said regarding siting in these scopes. Some of these have been a pain, some easy, Of the six one would not hold a setting from one shooting session to the next. Maybe if they were made in america.

Put this scope on my new 870 super slug and sighted it in at 2in. high at 50. First day took a doe at 110 yards was so easy to find her in the scope this is the best scope I ever had, so good that I am getting one for my muzzle loader.

Very few scopes I've ever ran across come with rings and from reading this product description I would venture to say this one doesn't come with scope rings.
If you are close to a BPS I would suggest bringing your gun in and letting BPS mount it for you. They've done it for me in the past and have always done a great job even if it's tricky to get the proper scope rings.
