This Bushmaster rifle is an Optics-Ready- Carbine (ORC) based on the adaptable AR platform and utilizes a barrel with chrome-lined bore and chamber. This gas operated semi-auto rifle is chambered for .223 Rem/5.56. The rifle features an A2 birdcage-type flash hider to control muzzle flash. Along the receiver's length is a Picatinny rail for optics mounting that features two 1-1/4" optics riser blocks to aid with scope placement. The forend features heavy oval M4-type hand guards to keep hands cool when the barrel becomes hot. The 6-position telescoping stock reduces overall length by 4" when fully collapsed. Has safe and fire selector switch.  Includes sling rings and action dust cover. Bushmaster one-year warranty.
