Burt Coyote Lumenok X Lighted Nock for Axis Arrows
The two contact wires are extremely fragile. Better to have them just snug, but not tight when installing them. Do not "twist" when turning off...you will break the wires. Lighted nocks are in fact a great thing, but the Lumenock folks would do well to redesign their on/off scheme. Other makers use magnetic switching and are much more durable.
That said, lighted nocks not only help to see if your hit is a good one, especially with a bow shooting 270 fps+, but they can help you find the arrow after the shot. I recovered my buck last year just at dusk. I noticed a tiny little light about 50 yards out in a pasture, in the opposite direction from where I had been looking. The deer had stopped bleeding and his tracks mixed with other deer. The arrow was lying propped up in the grass and the deer was 30 yards farther out in the same direction.
Well worth trying if you've ever lost sight of your arrow when you shoot...and who hasn't.

I have used this product and really enjoyed how the product performed during target practicing, and actual hunting situations. The lumi-nock acts as a tracer round, with virtually no added weight. I would recommend that who ever uses this product. But practice with the lumi-nock first as to get used to the flight of the arrow. I have actually caught myself dropping my bow just to watch the flight of the arrow. I would & will highly recommend this product to anyone. It is a great added tool in better recovery of the game animal and will result in fewer arrow losses both in the field and in 3-D shooting.

Find it fast
This little jewel aids in finding you arrow after the shot. They are a little pricey and that is the only reason for 4 stars. I have never had one to fail based on the mechanics or not fitting for the arrow it was designed for. If it did not work it was due to the battery being dead. They have worked for me every time they were released. One thing I have heard though as far as whitetail hunting goes, that if you use these and you kill a Pope and Young deer it will not make the make book. If you use any electronic device it knocks you out of the book, but you will get your certificate. But if you are like me I hunt for my pleasure not my fame and could care less if my name is in a book!

Track your shot and no more lost arrows
I arrowed a 344 Pope and Young bull Elk last fall. It was amazing seeing the arrow fly with the glowing orange nock. After locating the bull the next morning, the Lumenok was still glowing inside the bulls cavity. Don't loose any more arrows, get a pack of these.
