Precision ground lenses larger than comparable scopes for better light transmission
Index-matched lenses with HiLume Storm multi-coatings
Double internal springs and positive steel-on-steel adjustments for repeatable accuracy
Burris took their popular line of Fullfield II riflescopes and gave them a new profile with upgraded windage/elevation knobs, plus a power ring and eyepiece that will accept flip-up lens caps. In addition, they enhanced their precision and accuracy with the addition of the Ballistic Plex E1 reticle—a simple method for determining trajectory and wind compensation. Fullfield II has standard Ballistic Plex reticle.

Great scope for the money. Love the small crosshair really opens up field of view. So far adjustments seem spot on. Love the large hunter knobs with ability to turn shroud to zero. Was a big elite fan but am liking this more than my elite.

This makes my third Burris scope. I have a 3x9x40 Fullfield, a 4.5x14x44 Signature Series, all of these are ballistic plex scopes. I have to say that I was disappointed in the clarity and resolution of the 3x9x40 since purchasing it, especially under low light conditions. The signature series scope was a major improvement but, after getting this new Fullfield scope mounted and taking both the signature and this scope to the range, I have to say that this scope’s clarity and resolution are better than the signature series. This was a very pleasant surprise to say the least, considering the difference in price between the fullfield and the signature series. I absolutely love the new ballistic plex reticle with the windage dots. This is a big improvement over the old single dots along the stadia line style like my other two scopes have. If you are considering a new scope and want one with the ballistic compensation in it, I highly recommend this scope. It won’t cost you a fortune and they work very well, did I mention that they work "very" well? I would suggest that you buy the 50 mm objective; there is a marked difference from what my old eyes see in low light conditions between the 40 & 50mm.

I would highly recommend this Philippine made scope. They just don't build them here like they used to. Mine works great. Much better than when they were made here in the USA .

I recently bought this scope online. When I got it mounted I was amazed at the brightness of the optics. I know this scope is in the same money class as the Nikon Buckmaster, but I have had those before and they don't compare.
