Holster is only good for small-frame firearms (example: Ruger LCR/LCP or similar size), as blocky, medium and large frames will eventually work their way out. Also, I tested holster in various body positions and other than in a standing or sitting-up position, the whole wrap will eventually ride up from the waist and become loose and slide around out of position from strong or weak side.

I have several concealed holsters and this has quickly become my favorite. Just grab, wrap and go. Works great with my Glock 19.

What part of the belt has the elastic ? Is the size measured with elastic Stretched ? On the Deluxe Belly Wrap Holster

The entire band is elastic, there is about a 4 or 5 inch band of velcro at the ends which give you some adjustability , but I would order according to your pant size
