This is a moster jig, with a lot of great features. It has a super long hand tied skirt. It also has a heavy, sharp Mustad hook. The weed guard is the perfect lenght, and it is not too stiff. The jig head is shaped to get through cover, and has a crossed eye. It comes with rattles that I rotated from the bottom to the top so it will not interfere with the jig trailer. The jig trailer that woked the best for me is the Zoom Super Speed Craw.

I love this jig; it is my new favorite! I caught a nice bass went just over 5 lb the other day on this jig! Black & Blue 3/8 oz with a Flippin' Blue V & M Mud Bug trailer. They are well worth the money because they are quality made. Best jig you can buy hands down.

Maybe I got a bad batch. I get lots of hookups - this thing has great action. I especially like the extreme vertical angle of the hook. A rage craw works great. But, every one I have eventually bent the hook - it opens up - to the point I have lost fish.

The profile is larger than any jig I've fished with--that's what seems to turn the fish on.Answers
