I usually use the regular Mop Jig but now that they have come out with this, I don't have to trim the regular version at all because this is a great size out of the package. I like the rubber on the mop jigs because they flair out different then most jigs and they fall slow. I leave the regular size Mop Jig fairly long because I can buy both sizes now. It is cheaper as well. Great buy.

Trying to catch bigger bass this year, and even though this is a smaller profile lure, I was wondering if anybody caught trophy bass on this. It's either this or the regular sized mop jig.

I wouldn't say trophy size but I have caught some 3-5lb bass on it
