I recently used my new buck filete knife to butcher a deer and it worked for me very well.
Ive owned several buck knive's and have alway's been satisfied.

I used this filet knife on halibut. The blades flexibility made the job easy and neat. Some of the best filets that I've ever made. Also used the knife to filet some striped bass. A little more difficult because the striper bones are bigger, but the sharpness of the blade did the trick.

This knife is fantastic, I always wait about a month or so when reviewing knives to see if the hold up and this has been the best so far. This knife always remains sharp, has a great handle that doesn't slip, and overall it is the best fillet knife I own. I use it to butcher all sorts of things from fish to rabbits to chicken. Great Product.
