Best purchase Ever
I bought this knife for my nephew who just got his hunting license, it has a lifetime warranty and is made in the USA. I have had one of the exact knives for 35 years and it is still like new, except that mine does not have the same beautiful cherry wood handle so it is even nicer than my old one. What a super gift for the new hunter, he just loves it and I would recommend this knife to anyone!!

Beauty by Buck
A true masterpiece of beauty and function. The cherrywood and brass handle is a bit heavier than the classic "phenolic" so it feels a bit more heavy in the handle than the blade. This gives it a more solid feel in the grip. The sheath shows off the beauty of the handle, but I think the sheath of years ago provided a bit more protection. The blade is an ideal size for camping chores, and is quite sharp out of the box. Another home-run for the Buck company, and it's made in the USA!

no, the pin that it shows in the picture lays down into the handle. I just pushed mine into the handle and im shaking it up and down right now, the pin stayed in the handle so its nice and tight not lose. i have to stick my finger in there and pull it out with my fingernail to get the pin out.
