I got this knife a few years back, and it will not hold an edge.
I would not recommend this product to anyone, unless they were looking for a cheap cruddy knife.

Does it come a sheath, or pocket clip? How easy is opening and closing?
Are the slabs slick, to handle, what would be a comparable knife in another brand?

I've owned knives since I was 8 years old and the lock back is not only easy to open and CLOSE with one hand, it is among the safest knives, (far safer than any folding knife that does not have a lock back system). The difficulty in opening and closing it with one hand should be easily overcome with 5 minutes of practice. If you don't have the coordination to do that, you shouldn't be anywhere near a gun.A:Â
It has a pocket clip. its average with opening and it is a lock back so closing it is dificult if you only have one hand its very safe if a kids handling the knife. the slabs on the handle are flimsy in my opinion. Idk what to compare it with in another brand.2 years, 5 months ago

Yes it has a pocket clip. No it does not come with a sheath. Yes it is easy opening and closing it but not right out of the box, you have to break it in alittle. The slabs aren't slick but they are lightweight. And I have no idea of another knife comparable, however, I do know Buck makes some of the most top notch quality knives in the business.A:Â
Yes it has pocket clip and is easly open one handed.A:Â
No sheath, no clip, awkward to open with one hand.Top 100 Contributor

I bought 2. And they were each sealed in a Buck retail package. No pocket clip on the smallest model.
Opening and closing are just perfect.
Very well made Buck knife. The handles have some texture molded in. And there are ridges along the back of the knife for better grip.
I used to skin elk in Jackson, Wy. ( 75+ animals a day ) I'm a good judge of knives.
I bought two small ones without clips, for pocket knives. And, all more that I would want is a box of them.
They're China made knives. But, very good Buck quality.
Killer nice Realtree camo.
At the sale price, anyone should buy several. They're good knives. Great blades. No complaints what-so-ever.
No other comparable knife right now, that I know of.
They're better than other similar knives.
Highly recommended.
