Its very bright and the different modes are a nice bonus. The only con is it gets hot fast, but thats to be expected with a high powered light like this one. Worth the money. January 9, 2013

Rubber end fits very well on 1 inch scope rings .The Red Green Blue Filers fits very Snuggly on the Light. Advertizing problems for the Browning® Tactical Hunter™ Catalyst Flashlight delivers 175 lumens with over 2.5 hours of runtime on high, and 12 hours on low! ----------Thier is no Low 12 Hour Setting. ------Light offers three modes: high, low, and rapid strobe.-----Their is only one mode that is High. This Light has a Square light. This is still a good deal for the price. The Light Runs Hot after five Minutes. August 28, 2010

Details: 
I have a Browning Tactical Hunter Catalyst Flashlight. I believe it has 3 modes, bright, dim & strobe modes. I can only use the high power mode & do not know how to change from one mode to the other.

I love the flashlight for its size and brightness and would like to use all 3 modes.

Their is no three modes only one High when you have only one bulb. The Info I recieved show a mode setting ring if have more than one bulb which would be a more expensive unit.
