i got the 12ga in duck blind camo because it works for turkey too. I got it in the 28" barrel and I am thrilled with it. I have put thousands of rounds through it and have had no problems. the chamber is made for 3.5" mags but it takes 2 3/4 and 3" with ease and no trouble at all. the finish is super tough and grippy so I will not slip. the action is very crisp and feels like a very well put together gun. it tracks and points very nicely and is super well balanced. it also greatly reduces recoil with the gas operated action. my 20 ga pump kicks harder! I cant find anything wrong with this gun! don't go for cheaper auto loaders you are wasting your money! they jam and the Mossberg I had the firing pin broke after 6 shots! skip the garbage and get this gun!

i wanted a browning with low recoil in a 20 gauge... for goose and duck hunting. i'm very happy with this purchase and like the fit and finish of the gun. i've purchased browning before so I had the advantage of knowing the gun would fit me.
recoil is very low, action is no louder during cycling than other semiautos i've used.
walnut is nice, though stock wood is thin.. wish it was thicker like the lightning stocks, but this hasn't diminished my satisfaction with the gun.
am purchasing a second barrel: rifled deer version.. looking forward to the versatility that gives me.

The gun is nice , works well. But I am not very pleased with the build quality of the gun. There are pieces of wood chipped from the inside of the forearm and very rough machining marks inside the receiver and on the bolt. The customer service is very poor! When I contacted them they wanted me to send it in to them, but I read online that it may takes months before I would get my gun back.
The bolt in my new gun was rubbing against a sharp edge on the roof of the receiver, so I bought a fine grade metal file and removed some metal around it. Works fine now but it annoys me that i had to do that to brand new gun.
I have two firearms from Sig Sauer, their quality is way higher than Browning.
