Sharp noises like gunfire are reduced while normal speech and sounds are amplified. These easy to use ear muffs feature on/off volume control, fast 1/2 second reaction time, and a noise reduction rating of 33 dB. Operates on two AA batteries (not included) with a normal operation time of 100 to 120 hours per set. One size fits most.

Rated 4 out of 5 by SmithkoWitz Quality a Browning Trademark I've had these for over 3 years now. I use rechargeable NiMH batteries and they are a very well made durable product. I've probably worn these for over 200 hours operational hours. If there was any complaint about these it's this; my ears get a little sore if I wear them for much more than an hour and a half. Of course, I also wear a hat under them, which may contribute to the problem. Not one issue with them otherwise. Battey compartment works great, no tools needed, and neve had any cover issues like some reviews I've read. I cannot imagine why someone wouldn't like these. July 9, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by HatchieHunter Would not recommend I would not recommend this product. Everytime you pick it up, you must reinstall the batteries. The springs are so weak they do not hold the batteries in place. After a very few uses, one of the side holders has broken. They work great as far as noise reductions but it is a real hassle reinstalling the batteries each time you use them. Also, now I am attempting to glue the right muff holder back together. Rated 5 out of 5 by commodore80 Great Value! I would recommend this product to anyone. Great value for the price. Still comfortable after hours shooting clays. Does an excellent job of reducing shotgun blast, yet allows you to carry on a conversation in a normal tone of voice. Does the job at a fraction of the cost of more expensive sets. December 24, 2008
