Built to last, the Aggressor Spinning Reel features a stainless steel bail wire and a gold-colored, machined handle. A multi-disc drag with Teflon and metal washers is powerful enough to slow the big ones. A double-anodized aluminum spool rounds out this reel's impressive list of features.

I purchased the Browning Fishing Aggressor Spinning Combo as a backup to my Pflueger rod and reel combo.
However, once I received my order, I noticed the excellent balance of the rod and the light weight and feeling of a solid and well made reel.
I now use the Browning combo as my go to equipment when I fish. I'm very happy with the purchase price and the overall quality.

After the first time fishing with this pole, I was getting ready to pack up and pulled my lure down to hook it onto an eye like I normally do with my rods. It didn't take much pressure for the tip of the rod to snap off. A big bluegill could've snapped this pole. After getting a new rod from bass pro shops, I went out fishing again. I dropped my pole on the ground and the tip hit a rock which in turn snapped the tip near the top in almost the same spot as the previous pole. Although I did drop the rod, I treat most of my cheap poles the same way and this one was no exception. I really don't think it was a coincidence that two brand new poles broke the first time I used them. Wouldn't recommend this product.

I bought this combo because it had features I was looking for in a crappie rig. the first time I used it , it was the best ultra lite I have owned. today I was fishing with my grandson on a real choppy cold lake. I was up front and the wind was pushing us up on the rocky shore even with the trolling motor on . I stood to shut it down and a wave hit the boat I lost my balance and fell backwards tossing my new best crappie rig into fifteen feet of cold water. It was the best crappie rig I have owned.

A really Great Combo! I purchased this Combo to catch Crappie. On 3/18/2013 I landed a 45 lb. Carp. Took 10 minutes to net and the Aggressor lived up to it's name!
