I put this on a 10 lb. 30-06. The wide, padded shoulder pad sat very comfortably and securely. I love it.

I was given this as a gift. would have liked in more in black but after washing the leather in saddle soap and applying some mink oil on it, it tuned to a nice bark brown. Yes I still prefer the black but its comfortable and adjustable. if it bothers me that much i can always dye the leather.

I purchased the Browning Crazyhorse rifle sling for my hunting and fishing partner who just purchased a custom-built Weatherby 270 bolt action rifle. Workmanship is xlnt and the sling widens out for a very comfortable shoulder-fit. The leather is very soft and has a rich soft appearance. He is extremely pleased with the sling.
