Thank you for your question! Although there is no "set gender" for this necklace, the majority of customers who purchase this necklace are female. Personally, I think it would be more fashionable for men if you paired the pendant with a more masculine chain, or if you chose a darker pendant instead of the sterling-silver; however, if he likes the way it looks then that's all that matters!
