This burner was very easy to change out, and now that it is installed seems to be working flawlessly.

I actually bought the wrong product. Wanted an Electric Smoker Conversion and ordered a new element. Decided to build a second smoker and used this for the new one. Works great.
Never have had a problem with Brinkman products... my smoker is 24 years old and still turns out great food!

I use my smoker weekly all year round and tend to need to replace the element every two years. It is a good replacement and I can justify the cost as opposed to buying a new smoker instead.

Instructions for the Smoke`N Grill (810-5290-5), Smoke`N Grill (810-5290-C): Working from the inside of the lava rock pan, feed the cord of the electric element through the aligned holes until the back plate of the electric element is resting against the wall of the lava rock pan. Empty the entire bag of lava rocks into the pan and spread evenly. Lift the electric element up and position it on top of lava rocks. Keep the back plate of the electric element flush against wall of lava rock pan. Thanks
I have a masterbuilt electric smokehouse and my element has burnt out and my replacement cost seems to be almost as much as I paid for the smoker. I just assume to buy another smoker than to replace the what's being told to me the whole inside box,any help or solutions would be greatly appreciated,Thanks in advance,Tim
