The Brinkmann Smoke’N Grill Professional is more than just a backyard grill; with an integrated smoker and rotisserie, it’s an entire backyard kitchen in and of itself. The Smoke’N Grill is ideal whether you’re hosting a neighborhood get-together, turning date night into steak night, or smoking a brisket with some buddies. From big to small, this grill can do it all! This powerhouse grill features 554 square inches of primary cooking surface and 140 square inches of secondary cooking surface. It also has an integrated rotisserie and smoker. Primarily fueled by propane, but convertible to natural gas with an additional conversion kit. Other features include easy-to-use electronic ignition, heavy-duty porcelain-coated cast iron cooking grates, a griddle topper, bottle opener, a towel/tool bar, and smooth rolling casters for easy moving.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Everything Outdoor Kitchen This 2013 unit has everything built into one unit from rotisserie to smoker, bottle opener to towel holder, with precision temperature controls. I wanted an all in one unit rather than a half dozen units all over the place. Assembly was minimal and the instructions were very easy to follow, with everything going together with no effort. This unit will also double for outdoor canning with plenty of burner space and control. This is a good size unit so don't expect the box to fit in the back of your car - you will need a trailer, truck or have to get it delivered. And the first steaks cooked on the grill were absolutely perfect. This is a great unit that would meet the needs of any professional cook or outdoor gourmet! April 14, 2013
