Rated 3 out of 5 by PSnapp Smoker Great - Controller disappointing
As far as the smoker itself I would give it 5 stars. It does a wonderful job and is well built. The reason I gave this item 3 stars is that the digital controller is a compelete waste of money. It is a very cheap full on or full off controller that will overshoot and undershoot the target temperature by as much as 30 degrees. I would recommend buying the original, non digital smoker and use the money saved to purchase an Auber Temperature controller. The investment would be the same and then you would have a unit that works the way it is advertised. I did this and now everthing is just perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bradleyfan Almost the best smoker ever
The best one would be the six rack smoker. I use it all the time. I have smoked all kinds of things. The only thing that regret is not getting the six rack. I have had it for four monthes. Always use a digital meat thermometer.

I recieved my smoker and put it together in 15 minutes. The directions are easy to follow for breaking it in and for smoking. This was the first time I had used a smoker so I did not have high hopes for my turkey.I cooked a 13lb. turkey following the bradley cooking instuctions for about 7 hrs. and it came out perfect, very moist and the perfect amount of smoke flavor. The only draw back is you have to use the bradley wood chips with their smoker they are a little pricey

Rated 5 out of 5 by SpudsB Excellent Purchase
I bought this as a gift for my husband and it was money well spent. He loves it, it works great, the meat comes out perfect and it is much lower maintenance than the standard charcoal/wood chip smoker which requires a lot of tending to. We have had a lot positive comments on the meat we have smoked in it so far (beef, pork, venison).
