Bow Tie-Down System for Boat Trailers
Originally bought these for a different boat but they bolted up perfectly to my Karavan trailer for my 2012 Bayliner 185 BR. It took me about 10 minutes or less to install them. Besides easy installation I like them because they are a lot easier to use than the standard "cam" style straps. My wife can get the boat cinched down tight enough for highway travel by herself without busting knuckles or, heaven forbid, breaking a fingernail.

Worth the money
I bought this product for the transom instead of the bow by accident (mechanically works the same). After recieveing them and looking them over real good I drilled 1 hole on each side of my trailer, angled them and bolted on the tie downs and they work great. It takes less than 10 seconds to unhook or hook back up to my boat. These tie downs verses the older modle tie downs, lots of time saved.

5 minute install-Best Purchase
I have had the tie downs on the rear of the boat trailer now for 8 years and absolutely love them. When I broke to buckle on the bow tie down, I decided to install the ratchet in the front for the bow as well. 5 Minutes and I was done. Two points in the rear of trailer and one at the bow, I never have to worry about straps. Saves so much time at the ramp.

At the time I made the order. I was somewhat leary that the product would be inferior to the original product on my new Ranger Z521. However, upon arrival it was in fact the same product and the patent number even matched the original product. The only difference was a decal. Plus I saved almost 50 percent. It pays to shop around.
