These are my favorite spinner baits! I land good bass in creeks, on the lake, and in farm ponds with these. I lost a white/chart last week in a tree and was pretty upset. Most of the time I don't worry about losing a lure. I was upset because I was getting so many bass and didn't have another with me! The day was pretty much over after that.

i have caught several fish on this spinnerbait when the outside temp was high 50's water temp in the 60's most bass i caught have been usin it top water but my cousin was slow rolling it along the bottom (about 12 ft) and produced a 6 pounder right next to some saw garss
Caught 5 smallmouth in the Potomac River on this bait a couple of weeks ago, water temp was 44 degrees. The fish were 15, 16, 16, 18 and 20 inches. We've caught fish on them as low as 42 degrees fishing slow of course. They're my favorite in Spring and Fall, don't know about dead winter cause we usually don't get out anyway. Good luck.
