BOOYAH®'s Super Shad Spinnerbait is a bit larger than other spinners, but most of those don't sport four blades! Put the Super Shad in motion, and you'll swear you're looking at a pod of baitfish fleeing through the water. So will the bass and muskie. Combine the Super Shad's quad blades with its seductively undulating skirt, and you've got a BOOYAH big fish spinner in a class all by itself.

One of the BEST!!! This has to be one of the best spinnerbaits I have ever used!!!!! If the forage is small, or the water is murky this will catch fish after fish. I use these in dirt canals around my town where there are tons of little minnows and a whole bunch of bass and catch fish when nothing else is producing! Please do yourself a favor and get a bunch of these baits!!!! The pic I included was the first fish I caught on this bait...and was just the third cast of the day!!! December 9, 2008
Awesome Very good spinner bait it comes with 4 blades I took the smallest off and caught every bass in the lake.Used this 3 days ago at a private lake and was crushing them all day on the 3/8 Chartreuse/Glimmer, have had some problems in the past with some other model booyah's rolling on retrieve but these ran true hit after hit. Liked the Chartreuse/Glimmer so much I'm buying 4 more to stick in the tackle box in case I lose Some. December 12, 2009
Bass Attack!! I have had good luck with these spinner baits when bait fish are balled up on the lake. October 13, 2010
Good This product not only looks good but works good. Since there is 4 blades you can use a slow and steady retrieve. This is great for catching large bass but not so good for smaller ones. If you are going in places where a 2-3 pounder is considered big dont use this lewer. August 1, 2006

I have caught bass, pike and bowfin on spinnerbaits. Any predator fish will attack it. If it eats fish, it eats spinnerbaits

A:
This bait is used for many species of fish. It was mainly designed for bass fishing. Although alot of people do use them for pike and muskie fishing. It is a favorite for many because it resembles a school of shad. Thank you,

I use a chartreuse which has been my most productive color. But I use white when there are shad and minnows in the lake that i'm fishing in.

A:
No, not at all. You can feel the pulsing of the 4 willow leaf blades in your rod tip, but no real work to retrieve.

The only time its hard to reel in is when there is a fish on the end of the line.
That happens a lot.

Its not difficult to reel at all, I use them on my 7:1:1 Abu baitcaster with a steady retrieve... Its easy to fish. Slow or burning either way they work.

There is extra resistance because of the extra blades, but it's not a big deal. It is a little bitter harder to reel in, not much difference though than other spinnerbaits.

These spinnerbaits are not hard to reel in. If you are fishing in little or no current or with the current they are a breeze to reel in. They do have a little drag when retrieved into the current, but not a lot.
