i have bought 3 of these previously in 3 diff colors they worked so good that I caught so many bass in one summer on them they blades quit spinning on all 3 so I just had to order some more would be nice if I knew the pat number on the blade so I can order some of them next time instead of replacing the whole thing

I have had many buzz baits in my day that have worked ok. On a whim I decided to buy one and try it out. The following morning I put the bait on the line and was totally blown away. The blade action was very smooth and it plains out very quickly. The flexible hook is a big advantage. It bends just right so you have more hook-ups than misses. I have used it on bait casters and spinning reels with various gear ratios and have gotten the same results each time. I have caught some of the biggest fish ever with this lure. This bait works on both large and small mouth bass. I am so impressed I am now getting the rest of the colors.

Dark colors work best. I like Luna!A:Â
stained water meaning darker? I would use a chartreuse or white for darker water.Top 250 Contributor

White. I fish stained, weed choked ponds all the time, and tried this buzzer in white just yesterday (5/14/10). I was very pleased when a fat 5lb Largemouth CRUSHED this lure as it came across some weeds! Make sure to add a stinger hook for added security.Tight lines to ya!

I've had success on very dark colors like black and the chartruse or char/white. With the buzzbait, most of your attraction will be from the blades anyway.A:Â
